Areté is a science and engineering company, which provides multi-domain, multi-discipline expertise and applications for the military, intelligence and US Department of Energy. Let that sink in. Areté provides weapons and weapon systems for use on land, on sea, in the air, in aerospace and in space. It provides low size, low weight sensing machines. They spy on you and you pay for it. It builds low size; low weight Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).

Picture a flock of small drones equipped with long-range cameras and sound recording devices. These are small lightweight hi-tech spying systems. It also makes Lasers, as well as Tactical Analytic Decision Optimization Modules, for soldiers to use in the field. It has floating sensors for ocean surveillance. Its software includes machine learning and Artificial Intelligence. It also makes Automated Image-based Monitoring Systems. Some of these take the form of small, four-legged robot dogs. These spying systems are used both at home and overseas.

Areté has a facility at 501 Grove Street in Healdsburg, CA. There are many cyber security service companies located in
and around Santa Rosa. Some of them are Alert Technologies, Praetoria USA, ESP Pro, and Keysight Technologies. Many of their facilities are housed in quiet structures that look like storefronts and homes.

Areté was founded in 1976 to help the Department of Defense spy further and stronger. Their employees’ profile reads, “Our people aren’t about punching a time clock. We are all about protecting our country.” It is a spy tech company working for the military to further US global dominance.

Areté Associates received $895 million in federal contracts and $10.4 million in federal grants. It only sells its products to the US government and some select corporations. It is not a publicly traded company. We need to expose it and its practices. It turns out that wine country is also spyware country.
