Dear Friends and Allies,

The Northern California Coalition For Just Immigration Reform (NCCJIR) will hold its third annual Walk for immigrant rights on June 7-9, 2025, from Vacaville to Sacramento!  We are walking to Sacramento because we want the State Legislature to pass our Resolution saying that California condemns the deportations and calls for a fair Path To Citizenship.

This year's march is more important than ever!  Our messages will be:

• Trump must leave office!
• Stop the deportations!
• Congress must pass a fair Path To Citizenship for the 12 million!
• Shut down the migrant prisons, and don't use Travis Air Force Base (Fairfield), the Dublin Prison, and Alcatraz as new ones!

Are you able to help out in some way?  This is what we still need:

• Snacks (nuts, bars, fruit, etc.) and Water, enough for 300 people.
• 2 drivers from Sonoma County.  We have the vans, we just need the drivers to drive them all three days.
• Help distribute the flyer and invite more walkers to participate., English & Spanish flyers are attached.
• Walk with us as long as you're able.

¡La Coalición del Norte de California para una Reforma Migratoria Justa (NCCJIR) llevará a cabo su tercera Caminata anual por los derechos de los inmigrantes del 7 al 9 de junio de 2025, desde Vacaville hasta Sacramento!  Estamos caminando hacia Sacramento porque queremos que la Legislatura Estatal apruebe nuestra Resolución diciendo que California condena las deportaciones y pide un Camino justo hacia la ciudadanía.

¡La marcha de este año es más importante que nunca!  Nuestros mensajes serán:

• ¡Trump debe dejar el cargo!
• ¡Basta de deportaciones!
• ¡El Congreso debe aprobar un Camino a la Ciudadanía justo para los 12 millones!
• ¡Cierren las cárceles de inmigrantes y no utilicen la Base de la Fuerza Aérea Travis (Fairfield), la Prisión de Dublín y Alcatraz como prisiones nuevas!

¿Puedes ayudar de alguna manera?  Esto es lo que todavía necesitamos:

• Snacks (nueces, barritas, fruta, etc.) y Agua, suficiente para 300 personas.
• 2 conductores del condado de Sonoma.  Tenemos las furgonetas, sólo necesitamos que los conductores las conduzcan los tres días.
• Ayude a distribuir el volante e invite a más caminantes a participar.
• ​Camina con nosotros tanto como puedas.
