This AVP (Alternatives to Violence) beginners workshop is a great opportunity to gain interpersonal skills and build community while having fun. Come experience the meaningful and joyful time of learning about yourself and connecting with others.
 
This workshop will benefit you if:

• You sometimes find it difficult to connect or communicate with others who don't think the way you do
• You have difficulty being direct, transparent and authentic in your communication
• You try to avoid conflict rather than work through it
• Your anger has damaged your past or current relationships
• You want to find better ways to connect with others in order to build community through better communication
