Hello Sonoma County Lived Experience community members,
 
We are days away for the upcoming job resource fair for those experiencing homelessness!  I wanted to share some exciting updates and we are looking forward to seeing you at the event.  We have reached the capacity of employers and service providers or Resource providers for a total of 47 tables. Please help us spread the word to other lived experience community members!
 

• Transportation- it’s not too late to request help with transportation.  But time is of the essence to make this request ASAP.
• Clothing Vouchers- again we are very fortunate to have a great partner in Goodwill offering $20 clothing vouchers for anyone needing appropriate clothing for the Job and Resource Fair.
• We will have American Sign Language Interpreters from 11:30 to 12:30 only.
• We will have bi-lingual Spanish speaking staff available during the entire event.
• We now have a commitment for 200 - $25 gift cards for those who are attending and connect with at least 2 employers or resource providers.
• We have a commitment for 300 lunches for the event including snacks and beverages that will be offered during the event.
• We will have completed 4 resume clinics at various organizations that have requested them prior to the event.
